I believe social media has some great plans for what it is going to do for the future. I think the next step to social media is more video chats becoming available on the social media websites, Facebook has already started to do so and it has become a hit! Apple products also have a new video chat app which works amazing and is called Face Time, but i think the next thing we will be looking out for, is video chat on sites like Twitter. Video chatting on social media websites will gain a huge popularity all around the world, it saves time from having to type out and you can say a lot more from talking over typing.
Who knows what else we can plan on seeing in the future with social media, it is just full of surprises what people can do with technology.
Yeah, these social media sites just keep finding ways to keep their site more addicting to people. Whether it's video chat apps like you mentioned or games, movies and entertainment, they keep adding things to keep you coming back for more. I think it's only a matter of time until you'll be able to do and check almost everything you need right from these sites.
